BRAMPTON, ON, Dec. 17, 2013 /CNW/ - Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust ("Choice Properties" or the "REIT") (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that the trustees of the REIT have declared a distribution for the month of December, 2013 of $0.054167 per trust unit, representing $0.65 per unit on an annualized basis, payable January 15, 2014 to Unitholders of record on December 31, 2013.
