CHEMAPHOR INC. ANNOUNCES CORRECTION TO NUMBER OF WARRANTS ISSUED

OTTAWA, Dec. 20 /CNW/ - On November 25, 2010 Chemaphor Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: CFR) announced that it issued 810,000 common share purchase warrants in connection with a private placement.  The actual number of warrants issued was 960,000.  The number of warrants previously reported was the result of a typographical error.  All other information in the November 25, 2010 press release was correct.
