Four Alberta Brothers are a Screamin Inspiration on CBC's Dragon's Den Student Special November 12, 2014 @ 8:00 pm
LETHBRIDGE, AB, Nov. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - JR Wikkerink started his business back in 2010 when he was 10 years old. His family adopted his little brother, Joseph from Haiti who had arrived home only weeks before the devastating earthquake. At that time, they were also in the process of adopting another brother, David, who was caught in the aftermath.
JR wanted to do something to help the children of Haiti so he started selling his allergen friendly, gluten free frozen treats that he made for his brother. The Frozen Treats were so popular at the Lethbridge Farmer's Market, JR's brother Dawson joined him and together they expanded the Company. Today, the entire family helps out with the manufacturing and distribution and you can find Screamin Brothers' products on retail shelves throughout Canada.

JR (15) and Dawson (14) both attend LCI High School in Lethbridge, Alberta. JR enjoys playing on the School's Volleyball Team and Dawson the Curling Club.
