Change of Ownership in Shares of AIM Health Group Inc.

TORONTO , Jan. 7 /CNW/ - Oz Atid International Ltd. ("Oz Atid") today announced that it acquired 12,321,405 common shares (the "Shares") of AIM Health Group Inc. ("AIM") on December 30, 2009 from Mr. Jacob Ofek ("Ofek") for Cdn. $0.19 in cash per Share. The Shares represent approximately 12% of the issued and outstanding common shares of AIM as of December 31, 2009 .

Oz Atid is a limited liability company indirectly owned and controlled by Ofek and consequently there has been no change in beneficial ownership of the Shares. The transaction was completed privately for personal planning purposes and not through the facilities of any stock exchange or any other marketplace.
