CGX Announces Resignation of David Christian

TORONTO, May 18, 2012 /CNW/ - CGX Energy Inc. (TSXV: OYL) ("CGX" or the "Company") announces that David Christian has resigned as a director. Mr. Christian joined the board of directors on June 28, 2011, shortly after the appointment of the former President and CEO, Stephen Hermeston.
