CGX Announces Annual and Special Meeting Voting Results on the Election of Directors

TORONTO, June 27, 2013 /CNW/ - CGX Energy Inc.'s (TSX-V - OYL) ("CGX" or the "Company") annual and special meeting of shareholders was held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, where each of the eight nominees proposed as directors and listed on the Company's management information circular dated May 16, 2013 were elected as directors.  The directors achieved an average approval vote of 98.09% from shareholders.  The detailed results of the director vote are set out below and full voting details on all resolutions have been posted on the Company's SEDAR profile:
