CGF Group of Funds announces change in portfolio advisor

TORONTO , Oct. 13 /CNW/ - The CGF Group of Funds announced today that Shaunessy Investment Counsel Inc. has advised that it will not renew its investment management agreement in respect of CGF Income & Equity Class, CGF Canadian Heavyweight Equity Class, CGF US Heavyweight Equity Class, CGF International Heavyweight Equity Class and CGF Global Heavyweight Equity Class, each a class of CGF Mutual Funds Corporation. Therefore, effective November 18, 2009 , the portfolio advisor for these funds will be Crown Hill Asset Management Inc. Except for the change of portfolio advisor for the funds, the business and affairs of the CGF Funds remain unchanged.
