CF Chinook Centre and the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra ring in spring with pop-up performance

Complimentary public performance to take place at the Centre's interactive spring installation, the Garden of Light

CALGARY, April 3, 2017 /CNW/ - CF Chinook Centre is welcoming spring with a whimsical public performance in the Garden of Light by members of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra (CPO), one of North America's most notable live music ensembles. Comprising 4,000 LED flowers, the Garden of Light is a new interactive digital experience that has been installed at CF Chinook Centre, on display daily until April 28.

Performances by the CPO quartet will take place on Saturday, April 8 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Serving as CF Chinook Centre's official nod to spring, the garden is certain to brighten spirits after a long and chilly winter.
