Ceridian Completes Acquisition of Dayforce

Delivering Dayforce HCM, the next generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solution

MINNEAPOLIS and TORONTO, April 2, 2012 /CNW/ - Ceridian Corporation, a leading provider of payroll, tax filing, benefits, human resources, workforce management and recruiting software and solutions, announces the completion of its acquisition of Dayforce Corporation, a leading cloud Human Capital Management software and services solution provider. The acquisition concludes Ceridian's initial investment in Dayforce, announced February 2011. During the first 14 months of partnership, Ceridian and Dayforce have enjoyed phenomenal success delivering the industry's best workforce management solution, while expanding the Dayforce HCM application into both HR Self-Service and Payroll.
