CALGARY, May 24, 2013 /CNW/ - Mr. David Maplethorpe has resigned as Vice President, Waste and Environmental Operations of CERF Incorporated ("CERF Inc.") and as Chief Executive Officer and as a director of CERF Inc.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, MCL Waste Systems & Environmental Inc.
CERF Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Maplethorpe will continue to serve as a director of CERF Inc. The Board and management of CERF Inc. thank Mr. Maplethorpe for his service as an executive officer and look forward to his continuing contribution as a director. Mr. David (Skip) Kerr, CERF Inc.'s Vice President, Business Development, has, on an interim basis, taken over responsibility for Mr. Maplethorpe's management duties.
