Celebrating our Faith in our Community 1913-2013

The Italo-Canadian Community of Ottawa will mark the Centennial of St. Anthony of Padua Church with a year long celebration.
Father Felix Loganathan, Pastor, St. Anthony of Padua Church in Ottawa, is pleased to announce the launch of its 100th anniversary. The Church possesses a rich history and proud heritage and is an important religious, social and cultural hub for the Italian Canadian Community of Ottawa- Gatineau.
To mark this very special Centennial year, the Servite Community and its parishioners have prepared a varied and extensive Program of events for the young and young at heart. For additional information, please consult their website: www.stanthonysottawa.org.
The inaugural event for this momentous occasion will take place on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 10:00 AM when His Grace Archbishop Terrence Prendergast will preside over the Solemn Eucharistic Celebration at Saint Anthony of Padua Church.
