Caracal Files Final Non-Offering Prospectus and Receives Approval to List on the London Stock Exchange

CALGARY, July 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Caracal Energy Inc. announced today that it has filed on SEDAR a final non-offering prospectus in all provinces of Canada except Quebec. Caracal has also filed similar documentation with the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom for admission to the premium listing segment of the Official List and for trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Regulators have informed Caracal that the filed documents have been accepted and that trading is anticipated to commence on July 9, 2013 on the London Stock Exchange.

The listing fulfills a long-standing commitment to Caracal's investors. For Canadian shareholders, Schedule F in the Canadian prospectus includes instructions on how to request a Depository Interest so that the shares can be traded in London and settled through the CREST system in the United Kingdom.
