Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, SINLAB
Inc, concluded an agreement with BIOMET/3i for the immediate amendement of
its current manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution exclusive
license dated January 20th, 2005

LACHENAIE, QC, May 20 /CNW Telbec/ - Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. (the "Company") reports that its wholly owned subsidiary SINLAB Inc, has concluded an agreement with its current exclusive distributor BIOMET/3i to amend its current license in the following manner as of May 20th of 2010:

    
        - Amendment of the term of the Agreement to the end of the patents
          life of 2017.

        - Amendment of current exclusive license to a non exclusive
          manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution license thus,
          providing SINLAB Inc with the sole and exclusive right to bring
          suit in its own name and to grant other non-exclusive licenses.

        - Amendment of the current royalty structure based on volume of sales
          and payment structure of quarterly installments to a lump sum
          amount payable partly at the effective date of the amended license
          followed by two subsequent payments at month 12 and 24 of the
          amended license.

        - Abolition of "transfer of interest in SINLAB Inc" clause whereby
          SINLAB inc will not have, in the eventuality of the reception of an
          offer to purchase by a third party, the obligation to submit offer
          to BIOMET/3i for considerations.

        - All other clauses of the previous license remain in force in the
          amended license.
