Canyon Announces Quarterly Dividend

CALGARY, Sept. 25, 2012 /CNW/ - (TSX: FRC), September 25^th, 2012, Canyon Services Group Inc. ("Canyon") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 (15 cents) per share for holders of Canyon common shares. The dividend will be paid on October 26^th, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 12^th, 2012. The ex-dividend date is October 10^th, 2012.

Canyon's common shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "FRC". Canyon provides high-quality fracturing and related stimulation services to the oil and gas industry in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
