VANCOUVER , Sept. 18 /CNW/ - Cantrell Capital Corp. ("Cantrell") advises that the private placement disclosed in the news release dated September 16, 2009 , has been increased from 100,000,000 subscription receipts for gross proceeds of $25,000,000 to 180,000,000 subscription receipts for gross proceeds of $45,000,000 . All other terms of the private placement remain the same.
