SAINT-GEORGES, QC, Feb. 5, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ -Canam Group Inc. (TSX: CAM) today announced that it has sold its 49% ownership interest held since March 2007 in a Chinese company, United Steel Structures Limited (USSL), to Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. and Glory Group Development Limited, two Chinese companies, for a consideration of US$13,500,000.
