The top 20 new vehicles in the Canadian marketplace were chosen by the publication's panel of senior writers and editors who have a combined 60 years of test-driving experience.

"In the spirit of affordability, we selected only one vehicle priced over $100,000 ," he added.

CanadianDriver's judges take into account such factors as styling, comfort, functionality, quality, performance, fuel economy, safety features, reliability, and value for money; and class-specific advantages such as cargo capacity, payload, towing, utility, and ground clearance.
