TORONTO, Sept. 27, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - The Canadian Online Publishing Awards (COPAs) was started in 2009 and after 10 years has become the badge of honour in the Canadian publishing industry for excellence in online content. In a world of fake content, ad farms, social media and the latest app the COPAs provides that aura of authenticity. The COPAs is a national celebration for all the outstanding publishing professionals in Canada and the finalists for the 2018 Awards were posted on the COPA web site Click here to see the finalists.
Some of the more notable entries this include one in the Academic division written by Cory Morrison a student from Sheridan College who lives with autism and his article - "The journey of autism services" is a finalist in the Best Article category. Another one this year were entries from a bilingual Chinese culture magazine Fete Chinoise that is finalist in the Best Niche Website and Best investigative Article in the Consumer division.
The goal of the COPAs is to be inclusive to all forms of media and in its 10th year it is still expanding its footprint.
