Canadian Mining Retains Corporate Consultant Mr. Paul Lamarche

VANCOUVER, Oct. 4 /CNW/ - Mr. Ray Paquette is pleased to announce Canadian Mining Company Inc. (the "Company") has retained Mr. Paul Lamarche (the "Consultant") of Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Lamarche will assist with the Company's market awareness activities in Eastern Canada and throughout North America. Mr. Lamarche is an independent consultant who specializes in providing corporate development and marketing services for emerging resource exploration companies.
Mr. Lamarche has a history in the investment industry dating back to 1981. He started his career on the trading desk of several large brokerage firms and in 1999 changed his focus to that of director or consultant for several public companies. He is currently President and CEO of Guyanex Minerals Corp, a private mining exploration company.
Mr. Lamarche's Bay Street experience, knowledge and associations will be invaluable to Canadian Mining moving forward. Under the terms of the contract "the Consultant agrees to assist the Corporation with respect to renewed investor interest and activity by introducing the Corporation to his business and personal network within the brokerage community, and such other business and marketing services from time to time as agreed to by the Corporation and the Consultant."
Canadian Mining has agreed to sublease an office located at 44 Victoria Street in Toronto, Ontario to establish the Company's presence in Eastern Canada.
Canadian Mining shall grant to the Consultant an incentive stock option to purchase 250,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation at $0.10 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Corporation's stock option plan.
