Canadian Government and Tar Sands to be Target of NAFTA Complaint

    The federal government will be the target of a complaint to the
    environmental side body to the North American Free Trade Agreement
    (NAFTA) in relation to the tar sands. Details will be released at a news
    conference on Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
