OTTAWA , Oct. 20 /CNW Telbec/ - The Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS(R) (CCC) today announced its agreement to place reciprocal links on ICX.ca, Canada's online destination for commercial real estate listings, and the National Association of REALTORS(R) (NAR) site CommercialSource.com. The goal is to continuously provide unmatched value to commercial REALTORS(R) and their clients increasing exposure of their listings while allowing consumers to search for properties across North America .

The website ICX.CA, owned by the Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS(R), continues to see strong traffic as more visitors come to the site each and every month for their commercial real estate needs. As Canada's gateway to commercial real estate, visitors are currently able to look at more than 94,000 Canadian listings. NAR President Charles McMillan said, "REALTORS(R) in the United States and Canada are industry innovators. The new tool we've created will make it easier for commercial real estate professionals and consumers in two countries to save time and money in locating the kind of property they would like to purchase in either country. The website CommercialSource.com, owned by the National Association of REALTORS(R) and powered by ePropertyData, continues to grow with commercial listings from commercial real estate brokerage firms, Realtor(R) associations and hundreds of their respective affiliates. CommercialSource.com currently has more than 170,000 national listings with site visits more than doubled from one year ago today.
