BW Park Place Limited Partnership - Further Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

BURLINGTON, ON, Aug. 5, 2015 /CNW/ - Rose City Suites Limited, the General Partner of BW Park Place Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has re-adjourned its annual general meeting to August 19, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. from August 5, 2015 at the same time. The primary basis for the re-adjournment are an extension of a takeover bid in respect of all outstanding units of the Partnership made by Waterloo Heights Properties Ltd. dated May 29, 2015 ("Takeover Bid") and the related decision of the General Partner that adjournment to following completion of said Takeover Bid would be the most appropriate course of action at this time.
