This marks the company's third acquisition announcement in less than 2 years. This new acquisition will provide the Company with the resources it requires to expand and build a strong feminine division.
At the dawn of Joanel Inc. 25th anniversary, its president and creative drive Mrs. Johanne Boivin decided to join the Bugatti Group Inc. Mrs. Boivin stated "Both companies shared similar values and complementary strengths. It was not long before both companies concluded that together we could accomplish great things. This is certainly not the end of Joanel Inc., it's the beginning of a new and better chapter. My staff and I are enthusiastic about our prospects, as we plan to build a global woman's line of bags and accessories. We believe that our partnership will be beneficial to all and will allow our team to focus on designing exciting new product lines including Mouflon and Joanel brands.
Effective immediately Mrs. Boivin has been named the Executive Vice President of the Bugatti Group Inc.
