BTQ Technologies Receives Approval to List on Nasdaq

Trading is expected to commence on Nasdaq under the symbol "BTQ" on Friday, September 26, 2025.

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 22, 2025 /CNW/ - BTQ Technologies Corp. (the "Company" or "BTQ") ("BTQ" or the "Company") (CBOE CA: BTQ) (FSE: NG3) (OTCQX: BTQQF), a global quantum technology company focused on securing mission-critical networks, is pleased to announce it has received approval to list its common shares (the "Common Shares") on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq"). Trading is expected to commence on Nasdaq under the symbol "BTQ" on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Upon commencement of trading on Nasdaq, the Company's Common Shares will cease to be quoted on the OTCQX. BTQ will continue to trade on the CBOE Canada (CBOE CA: BTQ) and the Börse Frankfurt exchanges (FSE: NG3).
