Bruce Levitt joins HSE Board of Directors

CALGARY, April 5 /CNW/ - HSE Integrated Ltd. is pleased to announce that effective immediately, Bruce Levitt of Toronto, Ontario, has joined HSE's Board of Directors ("Board"). Mr. Levitt, 47, is the President and CEO of Levitt-Safety Limited, Canada's largest independent safety equipment supply company. Mr. Levitt will join HSE's current Board in seeking shareholder approval to continue to serve as the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held in Calgary, Alberta on May 14, 2010.

Bruce Levitt has been the President and CEO of Levitt-Safety since 1994. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelors Degree in Economics in 1983, and earned his Masters of Business Administration Degree from Dalhousie University in 1991. Levitt-Safety was founded by Bruce Levitt's father. His deep knowledge of the safety industry comes from growing up in the business and working for Levitt-Safety and other safety companies since his youth.
