Bruce Armstrong joins Avison Young in Toronto
Veteran broker to specialize in office leasing and tenant representation
TORONTO, Oct. 20, 2015 /CNW/ - Mark Fieder, COO, Canadian Operations, of Avison Young, announced today that industry veteran Bruce Armstrong has joined the company in its global headquarters in downtown Toronto.
Effective immediately, Armstrong joins Avison Young as a Senior Vice-President in the Toronto office. He will focus on tenant representation, negotiating office leasing transactions on behalf of clients, and working with colleagues in Avison Young offices in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and across Canada. For the past six years, Armstrong served as Vice-President of office leasing for Cushman & Wakefield in downtown Toronto.

Armstrong brings 33 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. He consistently ranked among the top brokers in Canada while at Cushman & Wakefield. During his many years in the industry, which included working at Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE, Armstrong has completed numerous large lease transactions on behalf of his clients throughout Ontario and across Canada.
