("Gluskin Sheff") as a result of a conversion on a 1-for-1 basis of 1,425,000 multiple-voting shares of Gluskin Sheff which, together with 7,100 SV Shares previously held by Mr. Dunkley, represent approximately 10.18% of the issued and outstanding SV Shares of Gluskin Sheff.
