Mr. Hicks is an accomplished industry executive with 20 years of experience in the institutional asset management business with Canadian and global firms.

Mr. Hicks' career includes nearly a decade at McLean Budden, where he progressed through increasingly senior roles to become a Vice-President and Partner, working with a broad institutional client base spanning pension plans, endowments, foundations, multi-employer plans and platform distribution partnerships. After the acquisition of McLean Budden in 2011, Mr. Hicks spent seven years with MFS Investment Management as Managing Director – Canada, leading and managing the firm's strategic relationships with defined contribution record-keepers and sub-advisory partners.
