BMO Supports International Relief Efforts for China Earthquake Victims

BEIJING and TORONTO, April 21 /CNW/ - BMO Financial Group today announced that it will make a corporate donation of $50,000 to the Red Cross to support that agency's efforts to provide relief to earthquake victims in China.

In addition, BMO's China, Hongkong and Taiwan-based employees have donated RMB243,772 for the Red Cross relief efforts in China.

"Everyone at BMO was deeply saddened by the news, and our thoughts are with those who have lost family and friends," said Bill Downe, President and CEO, BMO Financial Group.
