BMO Financial Group Announces Estimated Reinvested Distributions for BMO
Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)

TORONTO , Dec. 18 /CNW/ - BMO Financial Group announces today the estimated 2009 tax year annual reinvested distributions for BMO Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)*. These annual reinvested distributions generally represent realized capital gains within the ETFs or special dividends received by the ETFs. The reinvested distributions will be reported as taxable distributions and will be used to increase an investor's adjusted cost basis of the ETF. These estimated reinvested distributions do not include the fourth quarter cash distributions which are reported separately.

Unitholders of record on December 30, 2009 will receive the 2009 annual reinvested distributions. The actual taxable amounts of reinvested and cash distributions for 2009, including the tax characteristics of these distributions, will be reported early in 2010.
