BluMetric Announces Management Appointments

Changes Focus on Strategic Development, Cost Containment, and Sales Support

OTTAWA, March 21, 2014 /CNW/ - BluMetric Environmental Inc. (TSX-V: BLM), an Ottawa-based cleantech company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Woeller as CEO, with the move of William (Bill) Touzel, formerly co-CEO with Roger, to senior advisor for Strategic Development.  The change streamlines the company's senior management team, while moving to take advantage of new opportunities in several areas, including wastewater infrastructure enhancement projects and the renewable energy sector.

These changes were confirmed at the company's AGM today, along with ratification of the Board of Directors, which now consists of Jordan Grant, Denis Douville, Roger Woeller, Murray Malley, and Jane Pagel.
