B.E.S.T. Total Return Fund Inc. announces transfer of non-voting Class C Shares

TORONTO, Sept. 23, 2016 /CNW/ - B.E.S.T. Total Return Fund Inc. (the "Fund") announces that Roynat Capital Inc. has transferred all of its non-voting Class C Shares of the Fund to John M.A. Richardson, the Chief Executive Officer of the Fund. Mr.  Richardson is now the sole holder of the Fund's Class C Shares. Class C Shares are non-voting (except as otherwise required by law) and subject to restricted redemption rights.
