BDO and DECIMAL agree on sale of DECIMAL's Governance, Risk and Compliance division

MONTREAL, Feb. 1, 2012 /CNW/ - BDO Canada LLP ("BDO") and Decimal Technologies Inc. ("DECIMAL") are pleased to announce that DECIMAL's GRC Division has been purchased by BDO, effective January 31, 2012. The combined practice will operate under the BDO name.

BDO's risk advisory services practice in Montreal will welcome all highly qualified professionals from DECIMAL GRC Division, including one Associate, Alphonse Galluccio, FCMA. DECIMAL GRC Division was initiated in 2006 and has since grown to be a leader in Quebec Governance, Risk and Compliance market. Together, the expanded BDO practice will be able to offer more skills and depth to serve clients and, thereby, build a stronger presence for BDO in the Quebec market.
