This strategic merger is being welcomed with enthusiasm and optimism by all three firms. "This merger brings us closer to the type of firm we have envisioned for a long time. Patrice Jean, President of Ellipse Insurance, is delighted to join forces with BCH Collectif and Orchestro Group Benefits and Retirement Solutions. The name and brand identity of the new subsidiary will be unveiled in October.
The leadership team of the new organization will consist of Jean-Simon St-Laurent, Director of Operations at Orchestro, Jonathan Laverdière, Director of Finance at Orchestro, and Patrice Jean, President of Ellipse Insurance.
Suzanne Fortin, Founder and President of Orchestro, will continue her involvement within the organization as a partner. She will also dedicate more of her time to her role as an advisor to the organizations she supports, continuing to contribute her expertise and vision.
Clément St-Laurent, shareholder and Vice President, Business Development at Orchestro, will remain actively involved with the organization as an independent advisor. His expertise and network will continue to support business development efforts, drive the company's growth, and strengthen relationships with its partners.
Jonathan Bolduc, a Director at Orchestro and Vice President of BCH Collectif, will join the Board of Directors of the new organization. His experience and leadership will help support its growth, strengthen its governance, and guide its strategic priorities.
