Azarga Metals closes shares for debt


VANCOUVER, June 7, 2017 /CNW/ - AZARGA METALS CORP. ("Azarga Metals" or the "Company") (TSX-V:AZR) reports that as announced June 1, 2017, the Company issued a total of 1,224,034 common shares of the Company in settlement of interest on the Loan and the Deferred Payment owing to the minority shareholders of Azarga BVI.

All securities issued are subject to a hold period in Canada expiring October 8, 2017.
