The variety of projects Axxiome delivered last year spans from multi-year core transformation programs in Mega Banks with several million customers to 10 month deliveries in a green-field approach for a new line of products in a midsized financial organization.

Axxiome also delivered the lean and efficient implementation of front and core solutions for a small financial institution.  Axxiome co-innovated with the customer to design the best solution for their specific challenge.

Challenges presented to and solved by Axxiome's experts in these 12 deliveries were:

• Optimize the IT architecture by design and implementation SOA Architecture and reduction of the IT complexity
• Build a holistic Commercial Platform for Origination and Servicing fully integrated with SAP Banking for more than a 1000 workstations.
• Set up the complete backend application environment for a Greenfield bank
