This event provides a venue for democratic discussion on a range of topics that will direct the actions of local unions in the coming year.
Distinguished guest speakers will present on issues ranging from the dangers posed by the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), to the impacts of austerity budgets introduced by provincial governments, and the need to protect coastal communities with equitable fishing quotas.
