Awards honour companies that successfully use the Voice of the Customer to drive business results
TORONTO, May 13, 2015 /CNW/ - AskingCanadians, one of Canada's leading online data collection companies, and Corby Spirit and Wine Ltd., a leading Canadian marketer of spirits and imported wines, have been jointly awarded a 2015 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award.
The Confirmit ACE Awards celebrate outstanding achievement in Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs and recognize companies that have established outstanding initiatives to measure customer feedback and to act upon those insights to increase satisfaction, improve operational efficiencies, and to enhance revenue growth.
AskingCanadians and Corby were selected among the recipients of this year's awards in recognition of a customer feedback survey tool created within the AskingCanadians platform called The Corby Panel. The initiative was established in an effort to help Corby better target and directly dialogue with consumers without having to create their own branded research panel and to provide Corby with access to as many Canadians as possible based upon their proprietary segmentation model.
To date, Corby has used the panel to pre-test new products, packaging changes, campaigns, taglines, etc. and has had the ability to course-correct as needed based on panellist feedback.
"Receiving a Confirmit ACE Award highlights our commitment to working with clients like Corby Spirit and Wine Ltd. to help them gain insights and deliver the best customer experience possible," said Raj Manocha, Senior Vice President of AskingCanadians. "We're excited to share this award with Corby and look forward to continuing to help them find innovative new ways to uncover valuable customer insights to drive their business."
"We are delighted to receive a Confirmit ACE Award, and are honoured by this testament to our customer-focused business practices," says Corby CEO Patrick O'Driscoll. "The Corby Panel is an invaluable tool used by multiple teams for diverse projects, and it empowers us to keep our finger on the pulse of Canadians. Our customers provide us with crucial feedback that allows us to offer some of the most innovative, successful, and unique products on the market today."
"Corby Spirit and Wine Ltd., with the support of AskingCanadians, has proven to be a true leader in customer excellence. Its comprehensive program ensures that the Voice of the Customer is not just part of the business process, but built into the fabric of the company to improve business results and drive change," said Henning Hansen, President and CEO of Confirmit. "We are proud that Corby and AskingCanadians work with Confirmit for its customer experience initiatives."
About the Confirmit ACE Awards
The ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards program was established in 2005 to recognize outstanding achievement in customer experience.
