VANCOUVER, June 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Asia Bio-Chem Group Corp. (TSX: ABC) ("Asia Bio-Chem" or the "Company"): In accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, the Company is pleased to announce the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 10, 2013, in Vancouver, British Columbia. The director nominees, as listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 9, 2013, were elected as directors of the Company at the meeting. The proxy votes submitted for each director were as follows:
