ARTIS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES TIMING OF RELEASE OF Q3-25 RESULTS

WINNIPEG, MB, Oct. 30, 2025 /CNW/ - Artis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Artis" or the "REIT") (TSX: AX.UN) announced today that it intends to release its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, after the close of the Toronto Stock Exchange on Friday, November 14, 2025.

On September 15, 2025, Artis and RFA Capital Holdings Inc. announced that they had entered into an agreement to combine to form RFA Financial through a share exchange transaction. A special meeting of unitholders to vote on the transaction is scheduled for December 11, 2025. Accordingly, Artis will not host a conference call to discuss the REIT's financial and operational results for the third quarter 2025.
