TORONTO, Oct. 11, 2012 /CNW/ - With last night's series premiere of ARROW, CTV Two took aim at a historical ratings victory, and hit the target with network's most-watched series premiere ever on record. Leaving the competition green with envy, the action-filled drama ARROW grew 5% in its second half hour, and had an average audience of 1.1 million viewers.
On a competitive night, ARROW also performed well among the key adult demos, ranking #3 of the night with the highly coveted A18-34 demo.
At 8 p.m., CTV Two's ARROW premiere more than doubled the audience of THE MIDDLE (Citytv/ABC) and MODERN FAMILY (Citytv) with total viewers.
