Philippe Labelle is a lawyer, entrepreneur and has served as Chairman and CEO of Viandes Seficlo Inc. since February 2011. Philippe first began his career in 1994 in the legal department of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and practiced business law for over a decade. Throughout his practice, he mainly represented and advised institutional investors through private financing transactions (private equity) and acquisitions (M & A). He also taught at the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa and has served on several boards, both in non-profit organizations and commercial companies. Philippe is very active in his community.
