VANCOUVER, Jan. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Anglo Swiss Resources Inc. (ASW:TSX-V) (ASWRF: OTCQX) ("Anglo Swiss" or the "Company") announces the grant of 7,000,000 incentive stock options to purchase common shares of the Company at $0.10 per share for five (5) years to directors and officers of the Company. The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company has closed the private placement announced on November 7, 2011. Closing of the second and final tranche was announced on December 29, 2011.
