CALGARY, Feb. 9, 2012 /CNW/ - Anatolia Energy Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: AEE) announces that its Board of Directors have approved the grant of 5,690,000 stock options to directors, officers and consultants pursuant to the Company's approved stock option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.25 per share. The options have a five-year term and vest over a one year period with one-third vesting immediately, one-third vesting six months from the grant date and one-third vesting one year from the grant date.
