Amaya grants options

MONTREAL, Dec. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Amaya Gaming Group Inc. ("Amaya" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: AYA), an entertainment solutions provider for the regulated gaming industry, announced today that it granted an aggregate of 1,660,000 options to officers, employees, directors and consultants of Cadillac Jack, Inc. ("Cadillac Jack"), of which 800,000 were issued to officers and insiders of the company, on November 30, 2012 at an exercise price of $4.24 per share. Cadillac Jack is a wholly owned subsidiary of Amaya that was acquired by the Corporation on November 5, 2012. Amaya also issued 387,500 options on September 4, 2012 to officers and directors of the Corporation at an exercise price of $4.20 per share. The closing trading price of Amaya's common shares on the prior trading day was $3.75. The date of SEDI filing of this transaction was September 7, 2012.

Each of the options described above is exercisable to acquire one common share of Amaya and is subject to the provisions of the stock option plan of the Corporation. The expiration date of the options is five years following the date of issuance. The options will vest annually over a period of four years. The options granted have been approved by the Board of Directors.
