Agrico Canada Ltd Enters in Binding Agreement with Crop Management Network
CAMROSE, AB, Nov. 6, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Agrico Canada Ltd has announced that they have entered into a binding agreement with Crop Management Network to acquire 50% interest in the company. Crop Management Network was established in 2007.
This transaction completed on November 3, 2017 is effective as of today.

Usual contacts, brands and company names will stay unchanged. As such, James Mitchell, CEO at Crop Management Network will stay on and will continue to manage the business. Furthermore, Agrico's joint venture strategy - with its focus on local ownership – will allow to ensure stability and continuity in business, for both Crop Management Network's employees and customers.
