TORONTO, Jan. 26, 2012 /CNW/ - Adeptron Technologies Corporation  (TSX-V : ATQ) ("Adeptron"), a specialist at delivering integrated product solutions and support to the global technology and electronics industry, today announced a change in the date of its special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") to approve, among other things, the proposed amalgamation of Adeptron with Artaflex Inc., which will now be held on March 14, 2012 at 10 a.m.  The Meeting will be held at 95 Wellington Street West, Suite 1200, Toronto, Ontario.  The Meeting was originally scheduled to be held on February 17, 2012.
