ACTIVE AT SCHOOL partners with the Ontario government to make 60 minutes of daily physical activity a reality for all children across the province
TORONTO, Nov. 27, 2014 /CNW/ - In Toronto, Thursday, November 27, 2014, Premier Kathleen Wynne announced a partnership with ACTIVE AT SCHOOL and Ophea aiming to get kids active at school for 60 minutes a day. Leading ACTIVE AT SCHOOL partner Canadian Tire will make a multi-year investment to support the initiative. She was joined by Michael Medline, (President and incoming CEO, Canadian Tire), Dr. Mike Evans (Staff Physician at St. Michael's Hospital) and local Toronto students.
