Ackroo strengthens with the addition of industry expertise to its Board of Directors

OTTAWA, March 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Ackroo Inc. (TSXV: AKR), a loyalty and rewards technology and services provider, announced today that it has appointed Mr. Jay Malowney to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Malowney is the Senior Vice President of Partner Relationships at Points, one of the premier loyalty program companies in the world, and has extensive experience in the loyalty marketing industry coupled with the venture capital space. Prior to his role at Points, he was Vice President at LoyaltyOne with responsibility for their partnerships with international loyalty marketing programs. LoyaltyOne is a leading global loyalty marketing provider that is best known as the owner and operator of the Air Miles Reward Program in Canada.
