Ackroo Retains Mark Komonoski as Director, Investor Relations
OTTAWA, ON, Nov. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Ackroo Inc. (TSX-V: AKR) (the "Company"), a loyalty and rewards technology and services provider, today announced, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, it has retained Mark Komonoski as Director, Investor Relations.
Under the terms of the one-year agreement with Trademark Equity Marketing Inc., the Company will pay a monthly consulting fee of $6,000 for investor relations services commencing November 1, 2012. The Company granted, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, 250,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.45 per share to Mark Komonoski. These options are subject to the applicable TSX Venture vesting schedule requirements.
